Customers who use INSTRUCTOR online training as part of the Health and Safety (BOZP) and Fire Protection (PO) advisory service receive an additional course with specific information on BOZP and PO tailored to their workplace and working conditions along with the offered BOZP and PO courses.

Customers who only use INSTRUCTOR for online training and handle other BOZP and PO tasks through other means (in‑house or with a different provider) have the following options in INSTRUCTOR:

• FREE OF CHARGE ‑ Add specific BOZP and PO information (risks, instructions, internal BOZP and PO documentation, etc.) for employees to review within INSTRUCTOR.

• FOR A SMALL FEE ‑ Have a supplementary course prepared with BOZP and PO specifics based on our available template.

INSTRUCTOR offers a wide range of tools to streamline BOZP and PO training, such as:

• automated organization of training

• clear, interactive presentation of topics

• access to relevant legislation in its latest version within the courses

• knowledge testing with customizable parameters

• training records, including electronic signing (paperless process)

• free access to courses even after completion

• 24/7 access to an instructor even after completing the course

• notifications about significant legislative changes between refresher training sessions

• contractual guarantees (content, instructor, updates, support)

• training verification (user logging, documented content, training progress records)

The learning platform (LMS), online courses, and expert support are provided directly by the consulting company PREVENT.

Individual trainings are conducted as follows:

• Health and Safety (BOZP) ‑ Determined by the employer, with a practical recommendation of once every 2 years.

• Fire Protection (PO) ‑ According to Decree No. 246/2001 Coll., managers every 3 years, employees once every 2 years.

• Driver Training ‑ Determined by the employer, with a practical recommendation of once a year.

• First Aid ‑ Determined by the employer, with a practical recommendation of once every 2 years.

In INSTRUCTOR, you can also run your own courses on any topics. We would be happy to create them for you or guide you on how to easily do it yourself.

If you are considering broader use of e‑learning, we also offer the platform EDUNIO, which provides extensive options for online training, information sharing, and communication with employees.

INSTRUCTOR offers electronic signing of training records (certificates). With this feature, you can completely eliminate the cumbersome paperwork (printing, signing, sending, scanning) and help protect the environment.

After completing the course, the user receives an email with a link to electronically sign the record using a touch device or mouse, and their identity is verified via PIN. The signed record is then stored in both the administration and user sections of the LMS and can be printed anytime if needed.
