Online training in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
The course introduces users to the concept of whistleblowing and the related legal framework ‑ definition of unlawful conduct, rights and obligations related to reporting unlawful conduct, procedures for reporting unlawful conduct, etc.
The course is available in two versions:
- Explanation of reporting unlawful conduct only through the internal reporting system (IRS)
- Explanation of reporting procedures through both the IRS and the external reporting system (ERS ‑ Ministry of Justice)
The course content can be supplemented with specific information and internal rules for reporting unlawful conduct (IRS) in the organization.
The course is available in Czech and English.
